As a bicycle injury lawyer, I always have my eyes wide open for any product that can make it safer for bicyclists. All too often my clients were injured due to a motor vehicle simply not noticing the cyclist. What is amazing about this light is that the laser projected onto the road provides an opportunity for motor vehicles to notice the cyclist before it is too late. In effect, what this light does is substantially increase the foot print of a bicycle. It also appears to be a very good LED light as well. I am very glad to see a very visible investor such as Richard Branson get behind this kickstarted project. Until we can completely separate bicycles from motor vehicles, any product that helps us get noticed in extremely valuable.
