This post is going to be my first of a series of Ultimate bicycle vacation spots. The first spot it Is in the United States which for me becomes much more assessable. In addition, it is in the area of the country that I’ve never rode and always desire tok experience. Okay, enough teasing the hotel is called Hotel Domestique and it is owned and run by the one and only George Hincapi. This hotel is a bikers dream. There are group rides that are arranged for all skill levels in the beautiful mountains of Blue Ridge. In addition there are high-end carbon bike rentals as well as valet parking for your own bike. In fact there is an iPad in the room when you can schedule your bike to be waiting for you when you get outside. As if this was not enough their even rides that George himself leads. However, best of all is the amazing beauty of the area and incredible routes you will have at your disposal . Now if I can just convince my wife and 2 and 6 year old to get excited about South Carolina! As always, no matter where you live, please ride carefully and anticipate what the motor vehicles around you might do. This advice works whether you are riding in South Carolina or Brooklyn. Being a bicycle injury lawyer, I like to always remind my readers to stay alert when they ride, regardless of what my post is about. Since this is something we all (myself included) need to be constantly reminded!
