Knee injury with surgery after car took illegal u-turn in front of him. The defendant paid our client $100 at the scene of the crash and made him sign a release. he defendant’s lawyer argued that our client already waived his rights for future recovery. We were successfully able to argue that our client did not knowingly release his rights for injuries and were able to obtain $300,000 settlement for him.
