Two-wheels can change the world. They can reach remote villages. They can deliver goods to the needy. They can bridge cultures. Go across borders.
On two wheels the wind is in your face. The gravel is at your feet. You can get hurt and abused by cars, trucks, buses and trains. But you can also see places in ways no other form of transportation allows. I also find that there is community among bicycle riders and among motorcycle riders. Both are forms of transportation, sport and fashion. Both are a hobby for mechanics, builders and tinkerers. Both can spend a crazy amount of time and money on what others might find unnecessary improvements or toys. Both can provide a zen-like ability for mind clearing. From a lawyers perspective, the mechanism of accidents are very similar. The dangers are as well.
So in case it isn’t apparent by now. I have changed the name of this blog. My motivations are the same, but I will be expanding into ares of Peace, Love and politics that are led by those of us who love the two-wheeled life.
