I’m often asked if I lose my case will I owe you money. The answer is very simple: No.
All our agreements are a contingency agreement. What this means is the more money you get, the more money we get. It’s contingent on a recovery. Our fee is a hundred percent contingency. Any expenses we incur, if there’s recovery, yes, we get reimbursed, but if there’s no recovery for any reason, you don’t owe us a dime. This is important. It puts our interests together. We want more. You want more. We want quicker. You want quicker.
