I feel like my attorney could have done more to help obtain a larger settlement. Could have called my doctor instead of asking me to do it. Could have given me better advice on getting my vehicle checked out. Constantly having to make repairs to the rear of vehicle now and my underglow is broken due to the wreck and didn’t find out til after we settled. 4 stars for the amount I did get, I’m thankful for it. I was connected to Kass and Moses after an inquiry into accident lawyers specializing in motorcycle crashes. In March of this year I was traveling home from work on my motorcycle when a car failed to stop at a stop sign and caused me to go down. I broke 7 ribs and fractured my left clavicle. I was talking to my wife when she said we need a lawyer. When I talked with Attorney Kass he was very sympathetic to my case and decided he wanted to have a meeting with me. When I was discharged from the hospital he met with my wife and I at our home in WA State. I felt completely comfortable talking with him, he let me know how the process worked and I hired him as my legal representative.
