Joel (Joe) D. Moses is a founding partner of Kass & Moses Personal Injury Lawyers, a law firm dedicated to representing individuals injured in bicycle, motorcycle, and auto accidents. With over 34 years of experience in personal injury law, Joel has earned a reputation as a compassionate advocate and relentless legal strategist who consistently delivers exceptional results for his clients.

Joe’s practice focuses on navigating the aftermath of serious injuries for his clients. As a three-time cancer survivor, Joel brings personal insight into the challenges of recovery. He understands the complexities of medical care—billing, records, doctor visits, rehabilitation, and everything in between. This unique perspective deepens his empathy for clients who are enduring their own difficult journeys, and he often serves as a guide, helping them navigate the path toward healing and justice.

At the heart of his work is the firm’s mission: to allow clients to focus on healing while we pursue the best possible legal outcomes on their behalf. His dedication to his clients is rooted in his personal experiences and his unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference in their lives.

As both a skilled negotiator and an accomplished litigator, He has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. His meticulous case preparation and ability to craft compelling arguments have earned him the respect of clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel alike. Whether negotiating a favorable settlement or fighting for justice in the courtroom, Joel’s unwavering commitment to his clients is evident in everything he does.
