Life threatening orthopedic injuries. Insurance company alleged that the $25,000 insurance policy had lapsed. Our team of lawyer spent significant money and time fighting the insurance company in court and successfully changed their position. We able to force the insurance company to pay a substantial amount more than the original policy.

Car turns left in front of motorcycle. Client sustains multiple fractures, including fractured sinus bone and pelvis. Client had multiple surgeries. Initially the insurance company only offered policy limits of $250,000. Our lawyers uncovered video footage from a local restaurant. In addition, we are able to locate and obtain policy limits of an additional umbrella policy of $1,000,000.00.

Our client suffered a fractured right ankle as well has severe road rash and lacerations. He had an ankle surgery with hardware. (rod). The insurance company only offered $175,000 prior our team filing suit. We advised our client to reject this offer and proceed to litigation. We were able to settle this case for $450,000 prior to trial.

Car crossed center line and hit our client head-on.  Our client was on a  HD Soft Tail. He sustained a knee and foot injury. Client had PCL surgery on knee. This was a  hit and run and the other driver was never found. When our client called us he didn’t think he would have a case as the other driver was never found and he had no UM (uninsurance policy on his bike). We were able to advise him to look at a truck that he owned and were able to start a claim on his truck insurance. He t sustained a chronic foot injury and after hiring the proper expert to establish the long term affects of this injury we were able to convince our client’s own policy to tender $446,724.

Our client was a 22 year old man who sustained a fractured pelvis after a truck turned left in front of him  He underwent surgery with  hardware to repair his pelvis.  We were able to increase the original offer by the insurance company by over $200,000!

Knee injury with surgery after car took illegal u-turn in front of him.   The defendant paid our client $100 at the scene of the crash and made him sign a release.  he defendant’s lawyer argued that our client already waived his rights for future recovery.   We were successfully able to argue that our client did not knowingly release his rights for injuries and were able to obtain $300,000 settlement for him.

Settled for Policy Limits for client who sustained a fractured ankle with surgery.  In light of some liability issues client was very satisfied with this result.

Settled  “above” Policy limits for client that was partially paralyzed.   Defendant was a single woman who only had policy limits of $250.000.  Defendant was not a wealthy woman, but given the severity of our client’s injuries were able to have her pay $30,000 (all the savings she had) to our client/  This is an example how our lawyers look to maximize the recovery of our clients through any possible source.

At the time of the accident cyclist was just taking a short 3 mile trip on a bike trail with a disabled neighbor of hers. She had her dog with her in a front basket. The dog was not injured. The car that hit her continued to drive as she was yelling for her to stop, eventually she did stop. She sustained bruises and a mild concussion and was only in the ER for 5  hours. Cyclist  was slowly riding his bike through crosswalk in front of school when a car came and hit the back of his bike, throwing him onto the windshield. He fell onto the ground, and suffered a broken leg. He fractured and tibia and fibula and required surgery. In North Carolina, if you are considered even 1% at fault for an accident there is a complete bar of recovery. Cyclist was hit by a car that turned left in front of her. She sustained bruises and double vision. Prior to this accident the cyclist already had substantial vision ailments. Chicago area cyclist is side swiped by truck. Cyclist  sustained a non-displaced fractured pelvis and collar bone. There were no surgeries and an excellent recovery. The landscaping truck’s trailer hit cyclist causing him to crash. The truck never stopped. We were able to make a claim against the cyclists own automobile insurance policy.

California cyclist struck by car turning right in front of him. Cyclist sustain only soft tissue injuries. We were able to show that he also sustained tinnitus (ringing of the ear) and was able to force the insurance company to offer policy limits.
