At the time of the accident cyclist was just taking a short 3 mile trip on a bike trail with a disabled neighbor of hers .  She had her dog with her in a front basket.  The dog was not injured.   The car that hit her continued to drive as she was yelling for her to stop, eventually she did stop.  She sustained bruises and a mild concussion and was only in the ER for 5  hours.  Our team was able to settle her case for policy limits of $100,000.
